The carpet is coming up everywhere, and you cant walk on it barefoot because its sticky . The a/c never works either and my apartment is always over 80 degrees. They advertise 2 laundry rooms but one of them has been closed for a year now and the other is always broken or the card machine never works. There is mold in my apartment and the air is always moist even with a dehumidifier constantly on that we have to empty several times a day. This means everything in the house is moist, including our bed when we lay in it.
Those lucky enough to live in this dynamic capital city have a large selection of rentals to consider. Do yourself a favor and go with a newer apartment complex. I have been in this apartment almost a month now.

Best maintenance I have ever had at any apartment. Management staff seriously cares about every tenant. If RTH put in Comcast as a supplier, they would be the best complex in all of Westchase. Really happy with their responsiveness and cheerfulness even during these difficult times.

I have been in Somerset glen apartmenra since April and there have been more problems with my apartment than the months than i have been here. My closet is on it's third and worst leak they were notified a week ago and it's still not fixed I have had leaking twice in my living room and it took them three months to fix it. Its getting cold and my heating unit had not worked since I have been here. I have had more trouble then a little, in such a short time..I really want to move but I still have more Time on the lease.
